Payments and tickets

Subscriptions

Renew automatically until you cancel. Canceling keeps your access through the end of the period you already paid for—no partial refunds for time you don't use.

Message credits

One-time purchases are used right away and can't be refunded once spent.

Activity tickets

Canceled free up to 24 hours before the event for a full refund. Canceling within 24 hours may come with a cancellation fee, and no-shows aren't refunded.
